Cosmic PBJ anyone?

Hi all, sorry to say there is no menu this week.  The family is pretty busy and I am just making some simple foods that don't require a recipe.  I hope to have a menu for next week as well as a special post with a dish that I recommend for Easter.

In the meantime if you have made a recipe that I posted here on the blog, please comment and let me know what you thought of it.  I appreciate your feedback so much.
